Wed Jan 18 2017 00:00:00 GMT+0800 (CST)

Upon the arrival of Chinese Spring Festival, high-end serviced apartment Stanford Residences has successfully held its 2016 media appreciation dinner at the clubhouse of the company's soon to be launched serviced apartment project Stanford Residences Xu Hui on January 6, 2017.

For this event, many mainstream media in Shanghai have been invited and a warm and elaborate feast was arranged. Bathed in the elegant atmosphere of the feast, the guests have been able to enjoy the romance of Paris only to be found at Stanford Residences Xu Hui, review the marvelous achievements of Stanford Residences, and talk animatedly about its future development plan and strategy.

Be the first flagship project of the Stanford Residences brand, high-end serviced apartment Stanford Residences Jing An has gained a fast-growing occupancy rate since its first block was put on the market in March 2015. From 2015 till the end of 2016, Stanford Residences Jing An and other projects under Stanford Residences have garnered quite a lot of awards, such as "High-end Serviced Apartment Brand of the Year", "Best Serviced Apartment Operator", "Best Serviced Apartment - Best Interior Decoration" and the like.

Mr. Leo Lee, Associate Director of K. Wah (China) Investment Limited and head of Stanford Residences, has given a cordial speech at the media appreciation dinner. "Since its operation, Stanford Residences Jing An--the first project of the Stanford Residences brand--has been well received in the property market. And after about two years' operation and exploration, the overall occupancy rate of Stanford Residences Jing An has now reached 90%, taking the lead in Shanghai’s high-end serviced apartment market," Mr. Leo Lee expressed.

"In the first half 2017, our new project Stanford Residences Xu Hui will be officially launched. Be it the location or the interior and exterior design, Stanford Residences Xu Hui has indicated a perfect combination of the French romance and the charm of old-day Shanghai. Continuing to uphold "Where enchanted living comes together" as its business philosophy, Stanford Residences Xu Hui shall progress to provide highest-quality living environment for those domestic and international families living in Shanghai. At the same time, our another project Stanford Residences Jin Qiao in Pudong is planned to be put on the market in the second half of 2017. So, Stanford Residences shall continue making a splash in Shanghai's serviced apartment market, and 2017 will promise a harvest year for Stanford Residences," went on Mr. Leo Lee.

In 2017, fine traditions of Stanford Residences shall be carried forward. And with the highest quality services, Stanford Residences will keep on moving to build itself into an ideal home away from home for those high-end families coming to Shanghai, and hopefully, to become their preferred place of residence in the town.
