Stanford Residences scoops another illustrious award

Fri Mar 30 2018 00:00:00 GMT+0800 (CST)

The opening ceremony of the annual Asia Hotel Forum and the 13th China Hotel Star Awards Ceremony was held on the afternoon of March 29th. After two days of numerous industry specific forums, elite people from the fields of hotel, tourism, and business came together to enjoy a fine luncheon, to socialize, and to formally recognize the past year's “stars”.

In 2017, whether in real estate or other commercial markets, there was a lot of change and turmoil. Even so, a number of high quality projects were able to obtain excellent market performance owing to their high quality services and demeanor. The Chinese Hotel Star Awards were created to give excellent brands and projects recognition within the field.

With Stanford Residences’ location at the core area of Shanghai, it is possible for residents to take advantage of Shanghai's beauty while also enjoying a high-quality international lifestyle in Shanghai. This is part and parcel of why our Residences were practically guaranteed to win this year’s recognition as “Best Serviced Apartment Brand”.

Winning this landmark prize was yet another milemarker for the progress which the Stanford Residences have made and a sign of the new direction which we will travel in 2018. It goes without saying that this award was given to the Stanford brand because of our first-class facilities and professional and well thought out services which have been provided to a wide range and variety of households since brand launch.

Mr. Leo Lee, deputy director of K. Wah Group (China) Investment Limited, said that the high-end serviced residence industry is catering to "travelers who have grown more and more sophisticated." He believes residences with "outstanding strength in branding and service quality will most likely emerge as ultimate winners."

Over the past year, three projects under the Stanford Residences brand have been launched in Stanford Residences Jing An, Stanford Residences Xu Hui, and  Stanford Residences Jin Qiao providing Shanghai families (whether domestic or international) with a wide range of housing models and high class residential experience options. High-quality facilities and 24/7 five-star housekeeping services give households plenty of opportunity to live relaxed and comfortable lives. In 2018, Stanford plans to further consolidate the brand's quality experience for customers, to comprehensively upgrade service areas and models, and to help every household and person living in a Stanford apartment to have the best home environment available to them in Shanghai.
