Stanford Residences Xu Hui has been in operation, offering extensive choices of high-end serviced apartments in Shanghai

Shanghai, June 9, 2017 - K.Wah International Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as KWIH, HKSE: 0173), a leading real estate enterprise in Hong Kong, announced the formal operation of Stanford Residences Xu Hui, the second serviced apartments under its high-end serviced apartment brand, Stanford Residences, a few days ago. This project will further enrich the high-end serviced apartment market in Shanghai and offer more choices to the foreign and domestic elite families. Its formal operation also marks KWIH's steady development of the diversified product lines and active exploration in the high-end serviced apartment market.

On the theme of "Encounter Your French Elegance," the housewarming party of the Stanford Residences Xu Hui was held at The Palace, a boutique residential property on West Jianguo Road. Mr. Leo Lee, Associate Director, Mr. Francis Yeung, General Manager of Marketing and Sales of K.Wah (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and Mr. Paul Frenches,  Cultural  attaché of Consulate General of France in Shanghai  attended the party.

Establishing the high-end serviced apartments brand - Stanford Residences - in 2013, KWIH launched its first flagship project - Stanford Residences Jing An in March 2015 with a high-level rental and excellent occupancy rate that boosted it to be the leader in the high-end serviced apartments market of Shanghai. It reached an occupancy rate of 90% by the end of 2016 and earned awards including “High-end Serviced Apartment Brand of the Year” and "Best Serviced Apartment Operator" from the industry and media.

“The success of the Stanford Residences Jing An not only proves the precise judgment of KWIH regarding the high-end serviced apartment market in Shanghai, but also represents the completion of important strategic deployment by KWIH with respect to diversify  business development in the Chinese Mainland. The formal operation of the Stanford Residences Xu Hui will further promote the diversified development of KWIH. In 2017, Stanford Residences will continue to expand the market layout steadily and develop both its products and brand, maintaining the dominant position in the market so as to meet the high-end living pursuit of the foreign and domestic elite families in Shanghai” Leo Lee stated.

It is reported that Stanford Residences Xu Hui is located at the French-style West Jianguo Road; where rich humanistic ambiance the essences of Shanghai traditional culture can be found. It is reported that the new project is located in Jinqiao, Pudong, Shanghai, adjacent to the Green City Community. The project, will join Stanford Residences Jing An, and Stanford Residences Xu Hui to offers more options to the domestic and foreign families living in Shanghai. This also represents Stanford Residences' overall layout in the high-end serviced apartment market of Shanghai.
