This Mid-Autumn Festival, Stanford Residences has prepared“Moonlight Inprint”activties to celebrate the festival with our residents.
The first activity that would catch your eyes was the lantern riddle. Among the shining lanterns, a small piece of paper with riddles on it added some more fun into this festival. The jigsaw also attracted much attention. Grouped to take part in, more international families soon get together to join this game.
Besides, Stanford Residences also invited professional florist to help the residents to make some fans decorated with preserved fresh flowers on site. With the guidance of the florist, most of our residents quickly got the essence of the handiwork and created their own and unique fan, which added more beauty to the festival.
Apart from the activities, mooncakes are essential to the Mid-Autumn Festival. Handmade snowy mooncakes were the climax of the whole activity. Sitting together with families to make mooncakes brought the concept of companion back to modern families who, through the activity, got a better understanding of the conception.
Take photos together to record the laughter, beverages and various food to provide delicious taste, modern Chinese Orchestra to play on site – all these have created a happy and wonderful atmosphere for the activity.
